The design is centered around the core concept of "Waters of Two Mountains, Verdant Jiangnan," drawing from the four elements of "mountain," "water," "poetry," and "painting" from Zhejiang culture to shape the space, ultimately presenting the vibrant beauty of Zhejiang in "Vast Scenery." The entire garden is divided into three volumes, from east to west: the Moon and Water Mirror Volume, the Green Hills into Clouds Volume, and the Thousand Fragrances Seeking Green Volume.

The Moon and Water Mirror Volume takes the Mirror Lake as its main feature, creating an open and sparse, clear and bright lake space. On the north and south banks of the Mirror Lake, the Song Pavilion and Leaf Boat with Song Dynasty aesthetics are placed to form a contrasting view, creating a central axis layout with a strong traditional Jiangnan charm. The Green Hills into Clouds Volume features green hills as its main element, forming a continuous undulating, well-arranged hilly landscape. A winding water system and the Qingyun Road run through it, allowing close-up experiences of the grandeur of the mountains and the subtleties of Zhejiang's landscape culture. A cloud path follows the undulations of the mountains, giving the feeling of walking into the clouds, and finally disappearing into the Mountain Residence Pavilion hidden beneath the green hills, offering a sophisticated and enjoyable experience with rich spatial changes.

The Thousand Fragrances Seeking Green Volume is centered around the Flowing Fragrance Garden, where the meandering water veins gather and transform into freely growing leaf veins, reshaping the site space. The cascading water bodies and flower borders are interwoven, creating a lush Jiangnan landscape teeming with life. The northern side utilizes the continuation of the mountain range to form a transparent entrance space, while a Celadon Path on the southern side showcases the beauty of celadon after the rain, with a thousand peaks seeking greenery, reflecting the elegance of celadon culture.
